I used to get anxiety taking the mandatory CPR classes, but found the instructor made all the difference in making a class fun and informative, all while learning how to save a life. I have always been a strong advocate that EVERYONE should know CPR and feel comfortable enough to jump into action when the need arises. Being equipped with this invaluable skill can truly be the difference in life or death for anyone around you. In the fire Service we say “Train until you get it right and then train some more”. This is because when an emergency situation happens and stress levels begin to rise, your default action is to fall back on your training. CPR/AED and First Aid training is an incredible skill to maintain so that you will always know how to respond when that chaos begins to rise. This is why I take the time to explain and relate the material to your life and will always spend as much time as you need to make sure that you can feel 100% confident when you leave the class. Every day is another opportunity to save a life!

So in 2010, I started Life Pro CPR. We believe strongly that students deserve a professional, relaxed experience to learn these important life saving skills. We focus on the student/customer experience. These classes can be light hearted and somewhat fun, while at the same time professional, thorough and respectful of peoples time. I take great pride in knowing that our instructors love what they do and we love hearing feedback from our students that they feel confident in their new life saving skills! Learning CPR and First Aid is one way to give back to the community and help others in their times of need. It just takes one person to make a difference in someone’s life. If everyone helps one, this world will be a much better place.

Our onsite training option is great if you have a group that needs trained. We provide all equipment and supplies at no additional charge. If you don’t have a facility for a class but have a group or family that needs trained, we can also schedule a custom class for a group of 5 or more at our classroom/office in Broken Arrow.
Cardiac arrest can happen to anyone anywhere. Thanks to the quick actions to people like you, many people are saved every year by citizens that can provide high quality CPR and First Aid care until professional rescuers arrive at the scene. When the heart stops beating, blood no longer reaches the brain and other vital organs. When the brain is no longer getting oxygen, it begins to die. After about 4 to 6 minutes, there is permanent, irreversible brain damage. This is where bystander CPR can help. When early CPR is combined with use of an AED, the victims chance of survival could double or even triple. The victim’s chance of survival decreases 7 to 10 percent with each minute that passes without a chock from an AED.
